Inspired by challenges, united by our mission
Born in Trenton, New Jersey, and raised in the small town of Roebling, I have deep roots in our community. A proud graduate of Florence High School—home of the Florence Flashes—I was active in both field hockey and softball.
Growing up in a hunting family, I spent countless hours hunting and fishing with my father and uncles, instilling in me a love for the outdoors and a deep respect for conservation.
As a mother of two grown sons and a proud mother-in-law to two wonderful daughters-in-law, I know the importance of family and hard work. While raising my family, I put myself through nursing school at Burlington County College and Seton Hall University before earning my graduate degree from Rutgers. For 25 years, I have dedicated my career to healthcare—working as a registered nurse, nursing professor, and nurse practitioner. I served on the frontlines during the H1N1 pandemic, the COVID-19 crisis, and the Afghan refugee crisis, ensuring our communities received the care they needed in times of uncertainty.
Throughout my nursing career, I have been a strong advocate for healthcare policy, serving on the NJ Nurse State Practice Council and traveling to Washington, D.C., to help legislate critical nursing bills. As a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner, I have a unique perspective on women’s healthcare and remain committed to advocating for women’s rights, safety in schools and sports, and medical freedom for all.
Beyond healthcare, I am passionate about preserving New Jersey’s rich agricultural and outdoor traditions. As a homesteader, I believe citizens should have the freedom to grow their own food, raise chickens, and support local farmers. We need fewer warehouses and more farms—investing in American agriculture and manufacturing rather than relying on foreign imports. I strongly support our state’s hunters and fishermen, whose contributions to conservation are invaluable.
My partner, Jim, and I share a love for the outdoors, from hunting and fishing to paranormal investigations. Together, we are unwavering supporters of the First and Second Amendments, believing in the fundamental rights of free speech and self-defense.
Above all, I am committed to putting New Jersey citizens first. It’s time to restore the rights of parents, teachers, police officers, first responders, healthcare providers, and hardworking Americans. I want to see New Jersey thrive as the safe, prosperous state I grew up in—where kids can play in parks without fear, where families can enjoy our beautiful beaches, and where our communities are strong and secure.
New Jersey is worth fighting for, and I’m ready to be your voice in Washington.
